Licence and Registration Numbers

Suncorp Portfolio Services Limited is licensed under section 29D of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Act).

Suncorp Portfolio Services Limited has a RSE Licence which is issued subject to the conditions imposed by the Act and regulations and any additional conditions contained in the schedule to the Decision to grant an RSE licence made by APRA on 19 April 2006.

From 20 March 2007, the Asteron companies including Suncorp Portfolio Services Limited ABN 61 063 427 958 AFSL 237905 RSE Licence No L0002059, Asteron Life Limited ABN 64 001 698 228 AFSL 237903, Tyndall Investment Management Limited ABN 99 003 376 252 AFSL 237563 and Tasman Asset Management Limited ABN 34 002 542 038 AFSL 229664 became subsidiaries of Suncorp-Metway Limited ABN 66 0101831 722 (Suncorp).  Suncorp is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. The different entities of the Suncorp Group are not responsible for or liable in respect of products or services provided by other entities of the Suncorp Group.
